I would highly recommend Paws n Claws Training, I took part in group training sessions last year with my dog Rocket (working cocker spaniel).
I had massive problems with the simple task of walking Rocket on a lead where he would pull and jump whenever out. Keeping his attention to get any tasks done. Now I can take him out and walks are enjoyable I feel in control. This has made so much of a difference. If you need help you’re looking in the right place!!
Thank you again for your help, we loved the classes x

I took my wee rescue bulldog to training classes last year when she was having a hard time getting used to all the different doggies she would meet in the outside world, and it really has changed her life for the better We learned how to handle meeting other dogs which helped not only her confidence but mine too!
We also learned how to approach reward based training for everything she was struggling with, like potty training, eating things she’s not supposed to and grooming.
She’s come on in leaps and bounds and is such a happy wee dog since finding her forever home. I couldn’t have done it without the classes and they were worth every penny and more!!

Had 4 sessions with Chelsea after our young Labrador, Milo, started growling at us and bit my husband. Milo had recently undergone extensive surgery for undescended testicles and had been in a lot of pain during his recovery. He got himself into quite a pickle and wasn’t happy when he then got a tick in his groin a couple of months later which he wouldn’t allow us to remove. So we were stuck and quite confused (and scared!) Chelsea helped us to ‘reset’ him back to the happy chap he was pre surgery.
I would absolutely recommend Chelsea but you will need to put the work in, follow the guidance and learn to walk before you can run as these problems don’t get fixed in the first session. Looking back I can see how each session built on the previous one and we needed a few weeks in between sessions to reinforce the training (which was easily achieved). I’m so glad we nipped this in the bud and it’s evident that Milo is a much happier, calmer dog now. No growling and definitely no biting anymore.
